** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move and load aggregates
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
* Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
* Monitor material quality and report issues promptly
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance standards
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Capability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
* Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and troubleshooting
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.50 to $33.01 per hour
