Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Description

Earn $14.00 per hour.

• Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Follow hourly schedule: flexible full‑time work between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm, with weekends until 5:00 pm.

• Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk, climb stairs, and open large doors for up to 50% of work time in outdoor environments.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris.

Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation: Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle to travel between different work locations; mileage reimbursement is available.

• Flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm; weekends until 5:00 pm.
