$3,900 Sign‑on Bonus
The Sales RoleHiring immediately – as a full‑time sales representative you will be trained on all of our products and taught how to deliver interactive sales presentations. The role focuses on communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, and problem‑solving to prepare you for future career advancement.
The Responsibilities- Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services to customers
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions weekly
- Build teamwork and mentor junior colleagues
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and career‑oriented
- Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills applicable to multiple career paths
- Naturally outgoing and thrives in human interaction
- BA/BS preferred
- $3,900 Sign‑on bonus*
- Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
- Average earning potential: $72,000 – $130,000 per year
