• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with the right Sleep Number products.
• Clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, building relationships that generate repeat and new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude with a drive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer‑facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience in consultative or relationship‑based sales, ideally in a commission‑driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point‑of‑sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Base salary of $63,000 annually; guaranteed base pay of $16/hour with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
