- What is the base salary range? $60K to $80k
- What is the target total compensation (OTE)? $150k
- Is the role base + commission, base + bonus, or another structure? Base + quarterly bonus
- How is commission calculated—revenue, gross profit, bookings, collected sales, or another metric?
- If total margin booked margin in the quarter exceeds $83,000.00 you will be paid 10% of the margin exceeding $83,000.00
- If three new rotary screw compressors are sold in the quarter all bonuses will increase by 50%. If the average number of new Kaishan rotary screw air compressors sold in a quarter is above 1/month YTD you will earn the increase in bonus for that quarter.
- How much existing revenue is currently in the territory? $200K
- How much of the territory's business comes from existing accounts vs. new business? 10/90
- Is there a sales quota? If so, what is it? Sales quota is 100% based on growth, this territory needs to grow dramatically.
- Are there any companies that we would not want candidates from? No
- Are there companies we would like to recruit from? Power Equipment, Blake & Pendelton, Jack Tyler, Industrial Sales & Service
- Exact territory- NE Mississippi (see map – Light blue territory)
- Preference for candidate to be based:
Preference is in North MS but anywhere is fine. They have weekly meetings in Memphis - Target markets:
