Sign Installation Specialist

We're growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sign Installation Specialist to join our hardworking and fun-loving team.

• Safely install signs of various sizes, types, and materials (channel letters, vinyl, monument signs, street signs, post & panels, wall/floor graphics, vehicle wraps, etc.)
• Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, scissor lifts, ladders, digging tools, power tools, and hand tools
• Interpret and follow installation drawings, site plans, and customer specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site with professionalism and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in safe, working conditions
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and local codes
• Provide production and fabrication of signs as needed

• 2+ years of professional sign installation or construction experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/lifts
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork mindset
