This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire Suppression Technician based in Wake Forest, NC. The Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing fire suppression and fire safety systems. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, troubleshooting system issues, and working directly with clients to address their fire and life safety needs. The role requires a commitment to precision, safety, and excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in Fire Suppression Systems and Fire Extinguisher installation, inspection, and maintenance
• Proven knowledge of Life Safety codes, standards, and regulations
• Experience in Fire Safety assessments and ensuring compliance with safety procedures
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or licensure (e.g., NICET, OSHA, or state-specific fire safety certification) are preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
