Commercial Appliance Installation Technician

Raleigh, NC
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available
Pay will be $22-25/hr DOE
Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working independently? We're seeking a dependable Commercial Appliance Installation Technician to deliver, install, and service commercial washers and dryers at apartment communities and other customer locations throughout the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with delivery, installation, appliance repair, maintenance, HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience who enjoys hands-on work and providing outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do- Deliver and install commercial washers and dryers
- Remove and transport existing equipment
- Connect water, electrical, venting, and payment systems
- Perform equipment testing and minor troubleshooting
- Complete installation paperwork using a tablet
- Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and teammates
- Follow all safety procedures while working on customer sites
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
- Basic wiring knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy appliances using proper equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- DOT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Gas line installation certification is a plus
- Stable, full-time schedule
- Independent work with a variety of customer locations
