EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. seeks an HVAC Technician II to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The role includes daily travel to customer sites, up to 75%, with a company vehicle and tools provided.
You will troubleshoot, service, and repair AHUs, ACUs, heat pumps, and VAV systems, while maintaining logs and ensuring safety standards. Strong communication and basic CMMS usage are expected.
