Seeking a Tax Supervisor with public accounting experience, strong client management skills, ability to lead engagements, review returns, mentor staff, and manage multiple tax projects simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Supervise tax engagements per firm and professional standards
Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and internal teams
Build and maintain client relationships
Review tax returns and work papers
Conduct tax research projects
Communicate project updates, opportunities, and issues with clients and staff
Train and oversee team members
Maintain technical tax expertise across industries
Manage book of business, budgets, and production goals
Support consulting and special projects

Qualifications:

BSBA in Accounting
CPA required
6+ years of public accounting experience
Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Client-focused and detail-oriented
Experience with Quick Books, Pro System fx Tax, MS Word, and Excel
