Office Administrator/ Coordinator

Your role .Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Greet clients and visiting staff at the front desk
- Coordinate desk and office space for visiting staff
- Answer phone calls and route calls to appropriate staff
- Reserve conference rooms upon request from staff
- Organize conference rooms including equipment needed for conference calls and meetings
- Manage catering orders and food and beverage needs
- Scan incoming client documents and move workflows associated to client
- Prepare Fed Ex and certified labels for shipping
- Order and stock incoming supplies
- Assist with local office event coordination
- Assist/backup other administrative team members when needed
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Higher level of education/college coursework preferred.
- 1 year of experience required, including retail or customer service. Some office or administrative experience preferred.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.
- Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Opportunity to travel locally or overnight to clients.
- Ability to be in the office five days/week
This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $20.70-$30.75
