Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:- Minimum five years directly related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Successfully pass performance test:
Microsoft Word, Excel, X2, Google Drive, and accurately type 40 wpm - Good communication skills, bilingual preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Record of good attendance from previous employers
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Two letters of recommendations from work related individuals
- Assist Administration with daily tasks
- Process 504 and IEP Accommodation Plans in compliance with federal and state law
- Process and track Student/Staff Information
- Answer phones and assist visitors
- Data entry and processing
- Coordinate purchasing and process PO's
- Produce required reports
- Coordinate office operations in an organized/efficient manner
- Maintain school records and files in accordance with FERPA
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
This is a twelve-month position. All benefits in accordance with the Secretarial Contract.
Pay Range: $50,.14
