Responsibilities
- Supports multiple Senior Vice President Regional Manager(s) of 20+ banking offices
- Performs a variety of administrative duties involving complex and confidential matters
- Develops and prepares numerous reports
- Prepares or approves and submits requests for Retail systems access
- Assists with preparation of regional employee salary recommendations
- Handles sensitive customer issues and information
- Conducts research and resolves outstanding sales or service issues
- Analyzes monthly budget reports
- Maintains complex and detailed calendars
- Co-ordinates and manages logistics of internal and external meetings
- Organises offsite conferences and external events
- Processes invoices and expense claims for team members
- High School Graduate
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2-3 years of related job experience
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- proficient in written and verbal communications
- strong organizational skills
- technologically proficient (MS Word, Excel, Access)
