Position: Senior Staff, Product Management - CDP & Clean Room

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to drive execution at the intersection of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Clean Room capabilities—helping bring them together into a unified, differentiated Intelligence product. This high‑impact role drives strategy and execution to deliver an Intelligence platform that supports PESO media use cases, enabling enterprise customers to activate their data assets privacy‑safe, measurable, and competitively differentiated.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with product leadership to build and complete the roadmap for converging CDP and Clean Room capabilities, owning the area end‑to‑end and contributing to the broader Intelligence platform strategy.
  • Define and prioritize use cases that unlock PESO measurement and activation for enterprise customers.
  • Partner closely with customers: run discovery, translate feedback into insight, and build lasting trust with key accounts.
  • Work alongside engineering to define requirements, review builds, and ship high‑quality experiences at pace.
  • Own the metrics story: define what success looks like and communicate progress clearly to leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Bring a strong design and UX sensibility to every surface, pushing for clarity, quality, and experiences that feel intuitive.
  • Navigate the intersection of customer demand, sales‑influenced priorities, and internal strategic bets, making smart, defensible tradeoffs.
  • Use tools such as Pendo, A‑Ha, and Google Analytics to understand user behavior, surface friction, and turn findings into roadmap action.
Domain & Expertise
  • Foundational knowledge of identity, clean rooms, CDPs, or the broader data and adtech landscape; genuine appetite to go deep and become a subject matter expert.
  • Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS products, with experience balancing customer needs, sales‑influenced roadmaps, and internal strategic initiatives.
  • Hands‑on experience with product analytics tools (Pendo, Google Analytics, or similar) to understand user journeys, drop‑off points, feature adoption and translate findings into decisions.
Customer & Communication
  • Deep customer empathy and strong client‑facing skills: able to build trust with enterprise customers and turn conversations into product insight.
  • Proven ability to make complex metrics and data concepts accessible, digestible, and actionable for diverse audiences.
Craft & Judgment
  • A natural eye for design and UX quality; instinctively knows when something feels off and isn’t afraid to say so.
  • Technically comfortable: able to follow engineering conversations, ask good questions, and navigate tools like an IDE with confidence.
  • Curious and self‑directed: able to take ownership of ambiguous problems and figure things out without a lot of hand‑holding.
Collaboration & Growth
  • Coachable and collaborative: open to feedback and genuinely invested in growing their PM craft.
  • Track record of operating effectively in cross‑functional environments, influencing without authority, and rallying teams around a clear vision.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with identity resolution, data clean room platforms (e.g., Habu, Live Ramp Safe Haven, Info Sum), or CDP products (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Tealium).
  • 7+ years experience managing an enterprise product roadmap, product development lifecycle or similar experience.
  • Prior experience in adtech, martech, or data infrastructure companies.
