We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Call Center Representative. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. This is a part‑time, onsite position and hours are either 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. or 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Responsibilities- Able to handle a diverse array of complex customer situations with minimal supervisory assistance
- Actively listens to determine full extent of customer’s needs while appropriately applying different approaches
- Ensures effective customer communication by utilizing superior verbal and written skills
- Responsible for achieving entry level sales and service standards as set forth by senior management
- Associate’s Degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience preferred
- Customer Service background preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Bank experience a plus
- Service and sales background a plus
- Excellent written communication skills
