Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at Service Center Wakefield. The role performs all-purpose duties, including greeting customers, providing exceptional service to internal and external clients, monitoring work volume, recommending load level requests, and coordinating rental car and tow services to offer a one-stop experience. The associate maintains a broad understanding of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
