We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a local financial services team in Wakefield, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, providing solutions, and building strong relationships in a professional environment.

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person and by phone
• Assist with account-related questions, transactions, and general customer needs
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions accurately
• Help customers navigate digital banking tools and services
• Maintain accurate records and follow established policies and procedures
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
• Support branch operations and contribute to a positive customer experience

• Previous customer service, banking, retail, or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling cash and financial transactions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Banking experience is a plus, but strong customer service experience is also encouraged to apply.
