Mid/ Senior level Job Runner

- Produce and develop detailed technical design information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- Prepare, update and issue comprehensive working drawing packages
- Coordinate project information with consultants, contractors and the wider design team
- Attend and contribute to design team and site meetings
- Liaise directly with main contractors and specialist subcontractors throughout project delivery
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical and construction‑related queries
- Support the delivery of high‑quality projects within agreed timescales and budgets
- Manage and coordinate smaller‑scale projects where required
- Qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
- Several years of job running and post‑qualification experience within an architectural practice
- Experience attending site meetings and managing smaller‑scale projects
- Revit is essential
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to occasional travel to projects across the UK
- Proactive, motivated, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
