Position Overview:
We are seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) specializing in radar and RF systems. This role involves designing, developing, and testing systems within an MBSE environment, with a focus on requirements management and defense industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test radar and RF systems using MBSE principles.
- Define and manage requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Apply SysML and defense frameworks (DODAF, UPDM, UAF) to system models.
- Ensure alignment with military standards throughout the lifecycle.
- Document technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for radar or RF systems.
- Proficiency in SysML and MBSE tools (Magic Draw, Rational Rhapsody).
- Defense industry experience and knowledge of military standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.
