Tax Director

The company is seeking a Tax Director with 7-10 years of experience in non-profit tax services to join their team remotely. The role will involve overseeing the firms tax policies, ensuring compliance with tax statutes, managing tax returns, and minimizing tax obligations for clients. • Tax Planning & Compliance

  Provide tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals

• Multi-state Tax Filings
  :
  Manage and perform multi-state tax filings and tax accruals for clients.
• Client Portfolio Management
  :
  Oversee a portfolio of clients
  , serving as a trusted advisor and providing industry expertise
  .
• Team Management
  :
  Lead and mentor engagement teams,
  train and mentor tax associates
  .
• Tax Strategy
  :
  Develop functional tax strategies, set objectives, and create budgets, policies, and procedures to support the firms infrastructure.
• Compliance Monitoring
  :
  Ensure compliance with applicable tax statutes, monitor reporting, and plan tax activities to minimize tax obligations.

• CPA certification is required.
• 7-10 years of experience in non-profit tax services
