Sr. FP&A Analyst
Greater Boston | North Shore | Hybrid (3 days onsite to start, then

$115-130K + bonus
We're partnering with a global, service-based organization experiencing strong growth within one of its largest and fastest-scaling divisions. This Sr. FP&A Analyst role reports directly to Finance leadership and will support a complex, multi-business unit environment across both established and emerging service lines.
This position offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to operate in both a strategic and hands-on capacity within a dynamic, evolving business.
The Role- Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and long-range planning activities
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and support data-driven decision making
- Analyze project-based financials including costing, profitability, utilization, and performance metrics
- Assist with monthly close support, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Support both established and emerging business lines within the division
- Help drive process improvements across reporting, tools, and financial operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational and financial performance
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and M&A-related support as needed
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or controlling within a service-based, industrial, or project-driven environment
- Experience in engineering services, environmental services, construction, industrial services, or similar industries preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- Exposure to project-based financials, including headcount/labor-driven revenue and costing analysis
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with operational stakeholders
- SAP or large ERP experience preferred
