Bridgewell - Up to $21.28/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide support and assist people in activities of daily living during day, evening and/or overnight hours.;
Create opportunities for people to make decisions to develop their skills and independence.;
Provide services according to DDS, DMH, Mass Health, HUD, DPH, CARF and applicable standards and Bridgewell policies.;
Maintain daily progress notes, shift checklists, shift assignments, and required documentation.;
Administer medications according to MAP regulations and maintain mandatory training certifications.
