Bridgewell - Up to $21.28/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide support and assist people in activities of daily living during day/evening/overnight hours;
Create opportunities to develop skills and foster independence;
Maintain daily progress notes, shift checklists, and required documentation;
Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable;
Transport and accompany people to medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program
