Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full‑Time – Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield – Wakefield, MA – $44–$48/hour
LTC is hiring a Speech‑Language Pathologist for a full‑time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Medical, dental, vision insurance
