CNA​/CHHA

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA/CHHA to provide hands-on care and support to residents in our vibrant senior living community. In this role, you'll assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting, while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort. You'll monitor and report changes in residents' condition, support meals and hydration, and contribute to engaging, person-centered experiences.

Working within a resident-first, team-oriented culture, you'll collaborate closely with nurses and care teams, receive training and development, and help create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for older adults every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility for residents
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' condition to nurses or supervisors
• Assist with meals, hydration, and encouragement of adequate nutrition
• Support residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
• Follow infection control, safety, and fall prevention protocols at all times
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to residents
• Assist with basic housekeeping tasks related to resident care and comfort
• Participate in care team meetings and communicate effectively with nurses and families
• Support residents in engaging in activities and maintaining independence when possible
• Uphold resident-first, respectful, and compassionate care in every interaction
