$34–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield. You'll help residents practice the movements they need throughout the day, working with a supervising PT to support each person's recovery goals.
What You'll Do- Provide treatment based on plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Work with residents on walking, transfers, balance, and therapeutic exercises
- Note how residents respond to treatment and report changes to the PT
- Complete treatment documentation and communicate with the care team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Clear communication and reliable documentation skills
