Recruiter, Talent Manager

ing & Bishop is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts during a temporary assignment. This role will focus on sourcing and engaging top talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, and supporting the recruitment process from intake through offer stage.

• Source and identify top talent across multiple functional areas
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, qualifications, and hiring strategies
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in person
• Evaluate candidates through resume review and interview feedback to determine fit
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries throughout the process
• Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinator to schedule interviews and support workflow efficiency

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer support
• Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales, Finance, HR, Accounting, and Engineering
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
