Your Tasks
  • Lead regional implementation of global HR processes, operating model, and HR technology (e.g., SAP Success Factors and service platforms).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using service performance data, user feedback, and business needs.
  • Define and evolve the regional HR service delivery model, including processes, governance, and roles.
  • Ensure localization and compliance of global HR processes with regional legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and manage governance frameworks, decision-making structures, and risk management for HR service delivery.
  • Drive adoption and engagement of HR services to enhance employee experience and system utilization.
  • Partner with global HR, regional leaders, and People Operations to align service design with operational execution.
Your Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR operations, or HR shared services.
  • Proven experience designing or scaling HR service delivery models or shared services organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership in matrix organizations.
  • Experience in multi-country HR operations, including governance, service delivery, and performance management.
  • Strong ability to translate global strategies into scalable, efficient, and compliant regional solutions.
  • Solid understanding of HR technology ecosystems (e.g., SAP Success Factors) and service delivery frameworks (SLAs, KPIs).
  • Experience with HR service platforms (e.g., Service Now) or case management tools.
  • Background in automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience managing vendors or external service providers.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and service performance reporting.
  • Financial acumen including budgeting and cost optimization.

Additional Information
  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $120,. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
