• Guide customer implementation projects across one or more Veracross products, ensuring successful execution
• Conduct department discovery to understand workflows and needs for tailored software solutions
• Orchestrate change management, including testing, revisions, and deployment of configurations
• Develop and execute project plans, task schedules, and resource activities for timely project delivery
• Lead training sessions for school personnel, ensuring completion of required self-paced trainings

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and presentation delivery
• Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations with a high degree of initiative
• Proficiency in learning complex, enterprise-level software systems to teach others
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time and authorized to work in the United States

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
