Vaco by Highspring has partnered with our client to hire a Digital Product Designer to join their team.
Where:
Melrose, MA (hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Contract- 8+ months, may go perm
This role is purely execution?focused: review, capture, and audit current flows, and deliver clean, component?driven designs in a series of customer journeys that align to standards.
- Refactor and rebuild end-to-end customer journeys using established design system components, tokens, and patterns.
- Translate existing screens into system-aligned, production-ready UI with consistent interaction patterns across platforms.
- Execute efficiently against a prioritized backlog with minimal supervision, maintaining high attention to detail.
- Apply strong visual design fundamentals, including layout, hierarchy, spacing, and overall design hygiene.
- Clearly communicate design decisions and deliver clean, well-documented handoffs to engineering partners.
- Design within platform and accessibility constraints, ensuring consistency across web, iOS, and Android experiences
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
