Responsibilities

  • Assist with procurement activities related to supply ordering, purchase requisitions, and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor warehouse supply levels and reorder materials.
  • Maintain and manage user access for vendor systems.
  • Process invoices and assign general ledger codes.
  • Investigate and resolve branch-level supply issues.
  • Provide phone and email support to internal business partners.
  • Reconcile departmental corporate credit card transactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior administrative, operations, or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
