Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement activities related to supply ordering, purchase requisitions, and issuance of purchase orders.
- Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor warehouse supply levels and reorder materials.
- Maintain and manage user access for vendor systems.
- Process invoices and assign general ledger codes.
- Investigate and resolve branch-level supply issues.
- Provide phone and email support to internal business partners.
- Reconcile departmental corporate credit card transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior administrative, operations, or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
