Children's Sports Director

Do you have a passion for making a difference in the next generation of kids? We are looking for an individual who can manage one of our gymnastics and Ninja Zone facilities. The facility director must understand and support how our day to day business operates, ensure efficient operation of the facility, and meet the needs of our customers and employees.

• Able to recruit, hire, train, and retain a strong team
• Plan and manage the hours and schedules of your employees
• Maintain high student levels within your facility
• Generate income and profit for the business
• Budgeting and estimating costs
• Fostering a professional working environment
• Able to coach our gymnastics and ninja programs

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Management or leadership experience
• Multitasking abilities
• Good problem-solving skills
• Be highly organized and task-oriented
