We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to our patients, including but not limited to:

• Assessing and prioritizing patient needs

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

• Educating patients and families on health conditions and treatment options

• Documenting patient information and progress

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population

• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Identify and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

• Current RN license and certification in the state of Massachusetts

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or long-term care facility

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
