Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate part-time LPN/RN to support residents in our vibrant senior living community. In this on-site role, you'll provide high-quality clinical care, including medication administration, treatments, and ongoing health monitoring for residents in assisted living and memory care. You'll collaborate with a resident-first, team-oriented group of professionals to implement care plans, respond to changes in condition, and ensure safety, dignity, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to senior living residents in assisted living and memory care settings
• Administer medications and treatments, following physician orders and community protocols
• Monitor, document, and report resident conditions, vital signs, and changes in status
• Support care planning, assessments, and interdisciplinary communication with physicians and families
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and Brightview policies
• Collaborate with care teams and caregivers to deliver resident-first, person-centered care
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
• Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent resident needs, following clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and documentation
• Support training, mentoring, and orientation of new team members and caregivers
