Call Center Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. This is a full-time, onsite position and hours are between 8am - 5pm.

• Able to handle a diverse array of complex customer situations with minimal supervisory assistance
• Actively listens to determine full extent of customer's needs while appropriately applying different approaches.
• Ensures effective customer communication by utilizing superior verbal and written skills.
• Responsible for achieving entry level sales and service standards as set forth by senior management.

• Associate's Degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience preferred.
• Customer Service background preferred.
• Call Center experience preferred
• Bank experience a plus
• Service and sales background a plus
• Excellent written communication skills
