Job Summary

Comm Tank, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Salesperson to drive growth for our Compliance Division. You will sell environmental compliance services, commercial tank inspections, and regulatory testing solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate excels at uncovering new business, managing sales pipelines, and navigating environmental regulations to position Comm Tank as the premier compliance partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting:
    Identify and target commercial facility managers, property owners, and industrial clients.
  • Lead Generation:
    Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person field visits to build a pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Assess client facilities to identify gaps in environmental and tank compliance.
  • Proposal Creation:
    Scope technical projects and deliver accurate, competitive pricing proposals to clients.
  • Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to secure recurring inspection contracts.
  • CRM Tracking:
    Log all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client communications accurately in the CRM.
  • Industry Networking:
    Attend local trade shows and industry association events to promote Comm Tank services.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in environmental services or construction.
  • Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of fuel storage tanks, environmental regulations, or facility compliance is highly preferred.
  • Communication:
    Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to explain technical services to non-technical buyers.
  • Drive:
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
  • Travel:
    Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for frequent local travel to client sites.
