Job Summary

As a Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you will provide exceptional support and customer service to your assigned caseload (Employer Groups of 100 to 499 lives), through daily guidance and education of their benefit products.

Responsibilities
  • Manage new case, renewal activity, and amendments
  • Identify and promote the sale of additional lines of coverage or plan improvements
  • Promote new product offerings and enhanced product features
  • Recommend plan changes as appropriate
  • Facilitate the enrollment and re-enrollment process; conduct enrollment meetings or be present at benefit fairs as needed
  • Highlight the advantages of doing business with The Standard in coordination with the assigned Sales Representative
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Producers, Employer Groups, Policyholders, vendors) to provide the best possible outcome for all parties involved
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory (required)
  • At least 2 years of client management experience in group benefits insurance

Compensation

Salary Range: $85k + incentive compensation. The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
