– Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to build relationships with large companies, government departments, and sophisticated clientele. As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by connecting investigative professionals and large companies with the tools and data they need to locate individuals, verify information, and solve complex cases. Reporting to senior sales leadership, you will build relationships with new and existing clients, understand their challenges, and present tailored solutions from our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an in‑depth understanding of ’s investigative solutions.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across industries such as investigations, legal services, collections, financial services, process serving, recovery, security, government, and law enforcement.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted resource.
- Engage decision‑makers to understand objectives and demonstrate our solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain detailed records in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through long‑term account growth.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS, investigative services, or related fields.
- Consultative sales mindset with ability to identify client challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident engaging decision‑makers and closing business over phone, virtual, and in‑person.
- Self‑motivation, resilience, and a goal‑oriented attitude.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience selling to investigators, legal professionals, government agencies, financial services, or compliance‑focused businesses is a strong plus.
