• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.

• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as needed.

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
