As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide day‑to‑day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling within a residential care setting.
Responsibilities- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Support daily routines, education, and independence.
- Help young people manage emotions and behaviours safely.
- Provide a calm and reliable presence during both positive and challenging situations.
- Work closely with the wider care team to deliver consistent, high‑quality care.
- Deliver day‑to‑day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling within a residential care setting.
- At least six months of paid care experience within the last three years.
- At least three months' experience supporting children or young people, ideally within a regulated environment.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Driver’s licence and/or regular access to a vehicle is advantageous as some clients are in remote areas.
- A caring, resilient and professional approach.

Pay & Hours- Pay: £13.90–£16.68 per hour.
