Children's Residential Support Worker

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide day‑to‑day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling within a residential care setting.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
• Support daily routines, education, and independence.
• Help young people manage emotions and behaviours safely.
• Provide a calm and reliable presence during both positive and challenging situations.
• Work closely with the wider care team to deliver consistent, high‑quality care.
• Deliver day‑to‑day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling within a residential care setting.

• At least six months of paid care experience within the last three years.
• At least three months' experience supporting children or young people, ideally within a regulated environment.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Driver’s licence and/or regular access to a vehicle is advantageous as some clients are in remote areas.
• A caring, resilient and professional approach.
