Compliance Technician

Overview

Annual salary: up to £32,510.38

Location:

Yorkshire – field based

Contract:

Full Time, Permanent. 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm.

• Complete approximately 20 tenanted property compliance checks per day across Yorkshire.
• Carry out monthly fire alarm and smoke alarm tests.
• Carry out monthly emergency lighting checks.
• Carry out monthly Legionella water hygiene checks in occupied properties.
• Possibly carry out PAT (portable appliance testing) if holding relevant qualification.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, ensuring all checks are completed in line with current regulations and company procedures.
• Accurately record results and findings using the required documentation or handheld systems.

• Experience in similar duties as above.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Trustworthy.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with tenants and other colleagues.
• Hardworking.
• Entitlement to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship offered.

• Up to £32,510.38 annual salary (or £30,598 per annum plus commercial vehicle & fuel card).
