Nationwide Electrician​/Tester

Nationwide Electrician/Tester Meridian are working with a Yorkshire-based company that cover MEP projects across the UK. They are once again growing their team of permanent electrical engineers due to the demands of increasing workload. Projects will typically include commercial fit-outs or compliance and FM-related duties meaning there will be a mixture of installation as well as Inspection and Testing duties, so an existing 2391 (or equivalent) is beneficial.

Gold JIB card BS7671 18th Edition 2391 Testing Qualification (desirable but not essential) IPAF and PASMA not essential but is a bonus

Experience with Electrical Inspecting and Testing, as well as Electrical installation Previous experience in commercial and industrial projects such as offices, retail, commercial building fit outs etc. Must have a strong compliance and HSE focus, prioritising safety and correct standards of Electrical installation Full, UK Driving Licence (there will be travel involved in this role) Ability to work nationwide Company tools and uniform are provided Duties include (but are not exclusive to):
