As a CBRE Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
What You’ll Do:- Perform all plumbing repairs and maintenance on an assigned property or building.
- Install new construction equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems. Maintain existing installations within the scope of practice for safety purposes.
- Maintain accurate records regarding work performed including time spent working on projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations concerning water treatment systems.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Provide Fabric and Mechanical support onsite – various site operational support.
- PPM Legionella monitoring
- Contactor assisting
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Legionella Awareness Level 2 Qualification
- Unvented Hot Water Systems Qualification
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
