Mobile Maintenance Handyperson

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 basic depending on skill level. Mon-Fri 40 hours/week plus van etc
Responsibilities- Provide general maintenance to the facilities, including fabric maintenance (basic joinery, painting, etc.), minor plumbing, compliance checks, emergency lighting, tap temperature checks, and related tasks.
- Assist engineers and other trades on site.
- Carry out room and building repairs.
- Work on a mobile across the area.
- Perform ad‑hoc handyperson duties.
- Maintenance and handyperson experience with solid fabric skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Joiners encouraged to apply.
- Several years prior experience, including a similar role, with good customer skills.
- Self‑motivated and promotes a "Can do" customer attitude at all times.
- Ability to complete general fabric maintenance tasks and basic plumbing knowledge.
- Operate all building systems competently, effectively and efficiently, adhering to guidelines and bulletins.
