Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 basic depending on skill level.
Responsibilities- General repairs and maintenance across commercial estates.
- Fabric maintenance – basic joinery and painting.
- Minor plumbing tasks.
- Completing compliance checks, emergency lighting and tap temperature checks.
- Assisting engineers and other trades on site.
- Room and building repairs.
- Ad-hoc handyperson duties while travelling across the area.
- Experience as a handyperson with solid fabric skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Several years of prior experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills, self‑motivated with a "Can do" attitude.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Capability to operate building systems competently and efficiently, following relevant guidelines and bulletins.
