Lead Maintenance Technician 3 Shift Pattern 8 Hour Shifts Basic Salary c £46,000 + Shift Supplements We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Engineering Technician to join our clients team at their fast-paced distribution centre in West Yorkshire. This is a key role within the Engineering Team and you will be the first line of technical leadership on the floor, keeping the facility running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

You'll work across a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, leading a small team of technicians and support techs while carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. • Leading and supporting a team of Technicians across shift patterns, providing day-to-day technical guidance and mentorship
• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
• Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns quickly to minimise disruption to operations
• Overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and site procedures
