- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory balances.
- Prepare journal entries related to inventory, cost of goods sold, and inventory adjustments.
- Perform month-end close activities, including inventory reconciliations and account analysis.
- Investigate inventory variances and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Support financial reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with inventory accounting or manufacturing experience.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close.
- Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
