Overview
The Accounts Receivable Manager oversees the full‑cycle accounts receivable function across a portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets.
Responsibilities- Manage the end‑to‑end collections process.
- Support bankruptcy tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate payment plans and settlement agreements.
- Develop, implement, and enforce collection policies.
- Perform additional duties as required by the role.
- Experience in accounts receivable management.
- Strong knowledge of collections procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.
Remote, full‑time.
Salary: $110,000 per year.
