Role Description

TECBOMO is seeking a dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant for an on-site position located in Waldorf, MD. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, handling phone communication, and providing high-level executive support. The role also involves performing clerical duties, organizing documentation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of office operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance, including organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Strong phone etiquette, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in executive administrative assistance and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Solid clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and office documentation organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or experience in administrative roles are advantageous.
