Make the first point of contact for CHUTES’ customers and vendors a professional, positive, friendly and helpful experience. Duties will include general administrative support and company communications assistance. As phones and front desk coverage is essential during business hours, the position requires 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday
- Friday.

General Administrative Support- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Handle and distribute outgoing and incoming mail and front desk packages.
- Check and maintain office equipment and order supplies.
- Update SOPs as needed.
- Assist walk-ins with information needed.
- Head up company event planning with assistance from the HR team.
- Random projects, as needed.
- Collaborate with HR on scheduled interviews, collecting applications and IDs.
- Renew and or apply for various State Business Licenses.
- Maintain and distribute birthday cards.
- Gather content from various departments for the monthly company newsletter.
- Write, edit and format newsletter to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Distribute newsletters in both paper and electronic format.
- Create and update communications on building monitors/TVs and flyers.
- Reliable with good attendance.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Team player.
- Align with CHUTES values.
No travel is expected for this position, except for occasional training opportunities and/or trade shows.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2 years minimum administrative experience, preferably in an HR setting
